Plaintiff sustained multiple fractures to bones in her DOMINANT HAND when her AIR BAGS deployed after Defendant’s truck hit Plaintiff’s car in a controlled intersection.

Plaintiff brought an action against the management of the garage, claiming that failures in their SECURITY SYSTEM allowed a drunk driver to re enter the garage without detection, and to strike plaintiff causing a serious leg fracture.
