Plaintiff was stopped on MOTORCYCLE and was
Plaintiff was stopped on MOTORCYCLE and was pushed off his bike by defendant after a “ROAD RAGE” incident. Plaintiff claimed back and neck injuries from the incident, while defendant contended that most of the injuries were related to pre-existing, degenerative spine conditions. Evaluation and resolution involved discussion of AGGRAVATION OF CONDITION AND TRIGGERING EVENT.

Plaintiff/motorcyclist was INJURED when he was struck by a car while crossing a center left turn lane. Issues centered on which party had the right of way, and how long defendant had occupied the center lane.
