PERSONAL INJURY/UNINSURED MOTORIST/BRAIN INJURY Settled first party claim in which claimant alleged TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY AND POST CONCUSSIVE SYNDROME after being hit by a drunk driver. Validity of Neuropsychological testing and competing medical evaluations were among issues contested.

Plaintiff hit by DRUNK DRIVER while in his car with his two children. Plaintiff claims significant PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY as a result, including PTSD and Panic Disorder.
AUTO ACCIDENT in which plaintiff injured shoulder,
