Homeowner brought complaint under SB 800 against home builder for alleged defect in construction. Parties disagreed as to the type of repair that was mandated by regulation and custom and practice, and ultimately homeowner allowed builder to complete the suggested repair.

HOA dispute between two property owners in which issues relating to SHORT TERM RENTALS and CC&R rules were discussed. Various additional issues involving COMMON AREAS were also negotiated and resolved.
