BREACH OF WARRANTY OF HABITABILITY and related negligence action by a group of tenants against the property owner of a 10-unit apartment complex. A FIRE occurred in the building with significant resulting damage and loss, and the owner claimed that one of the tenants' own NEGLIGENCE was the cause of the fire.
