SEXUAL ABUSE case in which plaintiff claimed that she was abused for years by a COACH employed by a PUBLIC SCHOOL and that the school failed to address the abuse. Issues of NOTICE and extent of damage suffered were contested. Plaintiff made claim several decades after the abuse under AB 218.
